  2. Description of Service Hana Lang is an AI-powered language learning app that provides personalized curriculum, daily AI conversation practice (10–20 sentences/day), and progress tracking.
  3. User Accounts • You must provide a valid email address to create an account • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account • You must be 13 years of age or older to use this service
  4. Subscription and Payments • Hana Lang offers optional premium subscriptions: Monthly ($4.99/month) and Yearly ($39.99/year) • Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  5. Free Tier Limitations Free users are limited to a set number of AI conversation turns per day. This limit may change at any time.
  6. Acceptable Use You agree not to: • Use the app for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app • Submit abusive or harmful content through the AI chat
  7. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code within Hana Lang is the property of Hana Lang and may not be reproduced without permission.
  8. Disclaimer The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
  9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hana Lang shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or learning progress • Interruption of service or app unavailability • Errors in AI-generated content or curriculum

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  1. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer Hana Lang uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate curriculum and conduct conversations. While we strive for accuracy: • AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors • Conversations are for educational purposes only • We do not guarantee fluency or specific learning outcomes • Content is not a substitute for professional language instruction
  2. Third-Party Links and Services The app may reference or link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services.
  3. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Seoul, Korea.
  4. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hana Lang regarding your use of the app.
